My husband and I cannot say enough positive things about Neill Brothers Construction. We have done a lot of building and remodeling over the years, and the two new construction projects they did for us were impeccable, from the first estimate through the final punch list. They are honest, talented craftsmen who have assembled a team of in-house and trade professionals whose work is impeccable. Their standards are extremely high and they don’t cut corners. Their attention to detail in construction and budgeting is outstanding; they spent our money as though it were their own, at times pointing out savings that did not affect the final quality of our jobs. And conversely, they also let us know quickly when they ran into any supply chain delays or price increases. There are no surprises with them. Bi-weekly invoices were sent promptly and were detailed with all receipts, and both our projects came in very close to budget. Importantly, they are responsive and effective, proactive communicators - a rarity in the construction business. We were not in RI for the second project they did for us but were kept well-informed every step of the way via email, text and FaceTime. Great leadership starts at the top, and Zack and Nick set a positive, upbeat, respectful tone on their jobs that makes their subs responsive and motivates their team.
